Roaster’s Notes: Medium-Bold intensity. Light mouth feel with wide dynamics of flavors. Semi-sweet cup with a bold undertone. It’s a bright, clean cup that is a classic example of good Kenyan coffees. More bold than the Kiambu.

Roaster’s Notes: Medium-Bold intensity. One of the sweeter Kenyans with a crisp, clean finish and depth. This coffee is better at a slightly lighter roast than the Kirinyaga but don’t let that fool you. Still has a strength and depth with a lighter, thinner mouth feel.

I’ve ordered some Sumatra coffees to test out and should have at least one available soon.
Our wholesale business is keeping me busy with our first being a local church here in Birmingham, Al. We created a custom label for them, offering “Mountaintop Community Blend.” Sales have been good and are looking to expand our offering with them. We’re also working on a “Bucs Blend” for Hoover High School (the Hoover Buccaneers) that will be available at www.HooverTreasureChest.com That’s an exciting opportunity that would hopefully open the door for other ventures as we’ll be working with a merchandising company to get this off the ground.
We’re also working on opening a cafe! I’ve reached a point where i need to upgrade my operations to keep up with demand and would love to open a cafe to bring in NEW Jittery Coffee Cup fans. So keep your fingers crossed for that.
